How a Project Runs

1. We walk the property. Slope, drainage, sun exposure, and soil — before any design talk. Where water goes in a hard rain determines much of what's possible.
2. You get scope and price in writing before work starts.
3. The ground gets corrected first. Grading, drainage, and soil amendment come before planting or stone.
4. Hard elements go in while access is still open — walls, patios, irrigation and lighting lines.
5. Planting and finish, then a walkthrough with you.
